Flood of 2008

These are pictures of the flood in the city of Valley Park. The first one is of the flood levy that pretty much protects most of the city and the schools. The second is of the water behind it. I especially like the ducks swimming around the speed limit sign! The last one is from the other side the water from my friend's street. The water covered the street that we used to get to her house and others' in our ward. When the water receeded, they used a plow truck to scoop up all of the flopping fish on the road.
